So normally when looking for SFX PSUs, one would go Corsair > Silverstone > everyone else.

I owned an ST45SF-G from Silverstone but I hated the colored cables so I decided to either switch to a new PSU, or buy the cable kit from Silverstone. I found this FSP Dagger stuff for around 100$ straight from distro, decided to sell the Silverstone and buy this instead.

    PROs:

    • cheap but good quality
    • 80+ Gold
    • modular
    • fan is really REALLY quiet

    CONs:

    • weird SATA cables with berg and MOLEX connectors.
    • cables are really hard to fold or route.
    • some cables are way too long considering its SFX form factor.

from completed build Ryzen SFF build

I was going to get a Corsair SF600 but the platinum went out of stock and this went on sale. Had a good review on the psu tier list.

Does what it is supposed to, supply power. The psu is super quiet.
