Rendering/Gaming Workstation

roscobe

This is my second attempt at coming up with a build to replace my old souped-up Dell Precision. Looking to go 4k for video editing, CAD and light gaming. Also want to stay light (somewhat portable) and quite as possible. Not sure if I need the EVO or what monitor’s going to be best for both gaming and Adobe Premier while staying near $3k.

Any feedback will be appreciated.

  • Better case and PSU
  • Switched the AIO out for a beefy HSF (reliability and noise are much better
  • Other than those two things (and some cost cutting), you’re all good!
